What Our Clients Say
★★★★★
Jarad did a number of projects for us when we had our home in Depoe Bay including replacing our roof and roof decking as well as most of the siding. Always professional and resolves any problems that may come up either during or after completion of the project.
We were very satisfied with his work and what he charged for it. I would highly recommend him for any project.

I was truly impressed by the work done preparing the floor and ceiling for our new elevator. The crew were very conscientious about keeping the work area picked up at the end of each day and when the job was completed.

Jarat was very professional and informed me of other issues that should be addressed for structural safety. I have hired him for a number of other projects on my home due to the quality of his workmanship.

We feel so fortunate to have found Jarat and his crew for our new home build. The quality of work and his conscientiousness can not be beat. This project not only met, but exceeded, our expectations on several levels. We have been pleased to be able to recommend Jarat and Sweeden Construction to our neighboring friends who were seeking renovation assistance in their coastal homes. He is that rare combination of talented and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Amy and Steve

Jarat Sweeden has completed several home projects for me. He and his crew were fast, efficient, reliable, honest and affordable. He custom trimmed interior doors and windows. He and his crew installed garage and man doors on my garage. I have received numerous compliments of his work. He has greatly improved the look and value of my home and property. My only complaint is, due to his good work and work ethic, he is often busy.

Jarrad has done a wonderful job planning , educating us, and building our home. A thoughtful and contentious builder, he
always made sure our every idea was suitable for the final
design of the house. We look forward to our next project with
he and his crew.
